This is a non-profit organization of Landlords and Property Owners/Managers. We promote the general welfare the rental housing industry by exchanging information and experience with state and local affiliated associations of the National Apartment Association. Our objective is to encourage a high appreciation of providing adequate housing; to promote the enactment and enforcement of local, state and federal laws; to disseminate useful information to all members and inspire them to further educate themselves; and advocate a code of ethics to maintain high professional standards and sound business methods among members for the best interests of the industry and the public.

See the software, understand the software, set the software up for your rental business.

You don't have to have the software to come to the class. You don't have to bring your laptop (but you can, or a thumb-drive). Again, RSVPs are not required, but appreciated so that we know how many to expect. RSVP by e-mail if you think you are interested in attending.

Our membership meets the third Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. for dinner followed by a infor-mational speaker. No reservations are required, and guests are always welcome.

Our Board of Directors meet the first Tuesday of every month at the offices of KellerWilliams Realty, 7th & Florida, Joplin, MO at 6:00 p.m. Members are always welcome to a Board meeting.
